Facilities & Rentals
Building Rentals
he Fraser Activity Center is not able to rent our gymnasium, meeting room or banquet room. This is due to the "qualified beneficiaries" stipulations of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) which is a federal grant administered by the Macomb County Planning and Economic Development Department. Because it was funded for seniors, a "qualified beneficiary", we can only use it for seniors and incidental use (emergencies or a non-senior accompanying a senior).

Other options for local facility rentals:
Fraser Public Library
Fraser Lions Club
Fraser Infinity Hall
Fraser Vintage House
