Send in a completed registration form along with a check, addressed to the Fraser Activity Center located at 34935 Hidden Pine Drive, Fraser, MI 48026.

In office, We accept cash, check, money order or credit card. Credit cards are assessed an approximate 3.75% fee which is non-refundable.

Program Registration Policy
Program Registration Policy applies to any event or program of both the Fraser Parks and Recreation and Fraser Senior Center.


Residency dictates whether the resident or non-resident fee applies. Residents are persons with a valid ID stating residency in Fraser, Michigan. Non-Residents are persons residing in any city other than Fraser. Persons residing in a Fraser School District zone but not within Fraser city limits are non-residents.

Seniors who are a registered Fraser Senior Center Member are eligible to receive the member price for events and programs. Non-members are seniors who are not registered with the Fraser Senior Center and therefore receive the non-member price.
Registrations can be made in-office at 34935 Hidden Pine Drive, Fraser, MI 48026. Registrations for ages 16 and under must be made by a parent or guardian. Payment is due to complete registration.
Mail/Drop Box Registrations
Registrations can be mailed to 34935 Hidden Pine Drive, Fraser, MI 48026 or dropped off in the green drop box in front of Fraser City Hall 33000 Garfield, Fraser, MI 48026. Registrations received in office past the program registration deadline will be considered a late registration (see Late Registration). It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that correct amount of payment is enclosed (i.e. resident vs. non-resident fees). Accounts must be in good standing before program start date or program spot is forfeited.
Late Registrations
Registration deadlines are noted in promotional flyers. If not noted, registration deadline will be the last business day before the program begins. Registrations past the registration deadline will be accepted with the Recreation Director’s discretion. Participants registering late are not guaranteed team member request or program T-Shirt. In the event that a T-Shirt will not be supplied, there is no discount to the program fee.
Cash, Check and Money Orders are acceptable payment for programs and events. Checks and Money Orders are to be made payable to “City of Fraser”. Checks cannot be post-dated. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. Accounts must be in good standing before program start date or the program spot is forfeited. For payments that are mailed to the department, the receipt will be kept on file with the program registration, not mailed back to the recipient.
Credit card processing is available in office or over the phone. Fees do apply to credit card transactions, and this fee is non-refundable.

Free Ticketed Events
Free events that are ticketed are limited to Fraser Residents only unless otherwise specified. Valid ID must be shown when acquiring tickets. Tickets per household are limited to 6 and must be picked up at the Fraser Activity Center during business hours.

Refunds or Transfers
Refunds or transfers will be allowed up to 72 hours before the event with Director’s discretion. Refunds are delivered via mail and may take up to 2 weeks to receive. Refunds before program start will be minus supply costs and minus an administrative processing charge of $5.
Transfers are only available for a like program within the same calendar year. If transferring to a program that is less than the original program, no refund will be available for the difference. For transfers to a program that is greater than the original program, the difference must be paid to complete transfer.
If a cancellation or no-show occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless participant can provide proof of hospitalization or tragic event, per Director’s discretion.
For programs that have more than one meeting date, refunds are not given after the start of the program.

Program Cancellation/Changes
The Recreation reserves the right to change the date, time, location or grade division due to participation. In the event that we do not receive the minimum number of participants, the Recreation will provide refunds to participants for the full program cost.

Credits may be given for program or building use in the form of a letter from the Fraser Activity Center. The letter will state reason for credit, how much credit, who it applies to, what to redeem it for, and when to redeem it by. The person who received the letter must be the one to redeem the letter of credit and must show a valid ID upon redemption. A staff member will verify it with a departmental listing of credits, and then close out the credit so credit cannot be redeemed more than once.

Age limitations
Programs with divisions by age are based on participants’ age as of December 1st of the current year. Participants wishing to play up in age by 1 year can do so with the Recreation Director’s discretion. If approved, the parent signs an waiver stating acknowledgement that the participant is choosing to play with an older age group.

Grade limitations
Grade based programs are calculated as of June 30th. IE, summer programs with a grade based division are determined by the upcoming grade, not the most recent school grade completed. Participants wishing to play up in division by 1 grade can do so with the Recreation Director’s discretion. If approved, the parent signs an waiver stating acknowledgement that the participant is choosing to play with an older grade group.

Promotional photos

Any participants in any Parks and Recreation or Senior Center activities release the City of Fraser from any liability of photographs used for promotional purposes.

Waiver for participation

All persons participating in any event sponsored by the Fraser Parks and Recreation or Senior Center must sign a waiver stating:
            “I hereby, for myself, my child, my heirs, executors and administrators, waiver and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my child my have against the City of Fraser, Fraser School District and its representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my child at any activity sponsored by these groups.”
